NovoFlex Counsel was founded by Aubrey Antovich, a California-licensed attorney who spent over a decade in-house at innovative, disruptive technology companies. There, she led compliance initiatives spanning privacy, workforce, and product, helping fast-moving businesses grow while keeping risk in check. Today, Aubrey brings that same in-house perspective to growing businesses, advising on corporate formation and governance, equity compensation, securities compliance, technology transactions, and privacy.
Throughout her in-house career, Aubrey saw the same problem again and again: rising legal costs and limited resources kept businesses from managing risk before it became a problem. Small and mid-sized businesses often can't afford comprehensive legal advice, and in-house teams, however skilled, are stretched thin. She founded NovoFlex Counsel to fill that gap, as fractional general counsel for growing businesses and extra capacity for in-house legal teams.
