Schedule a Commitment- Free Vision Session (aka Initial Consult)
Before scheduling the Vision Session, we conduct a thorough conflicts check to ensure there are no conflicts of interest that would affect our ability to represent your business. Once the conflicts check is cleared, we can schedule a Vision Session, where we’ll discuss your business needs, goals, and challenges to determine what legal service plan can best support you.
Step 2
Hire Us
After the Vision Session, we’ll prepare an Engagement Letter outlining the agreed-upon scope and fee for your customized service plan, based on our discussions. Once you review and sign the Engagement Letter, this formalizes our commitment and ensures mutual understanding of expectations and responsibilities.
Step 3
Kick-Off
With the engagement formalized, we’ll schedule a Kick-Off Meeting to delve into the specifics of our collaboration. During this meeting, we’ll introduce you to your dedicated legal team, outline the service delivery process, and set key milestones and communication protocols. This session ensures a smooth transition and sets the stage for a productive working relationship.
